We're currently looking for confident, organized, and people-first Team Leads to support an exciting boots-on-the-ground program in the smoke-free product industry. You'll oversee a team of Sales Experts in the field, help maintain the energy and standards of our execution, and step in when needed to ensure no beat is missed. If you're a natural leader who thrives on fast-paced, people-powered programs—let's make some cool st happen.Role Overview: As a Team Lead, you'll supervise a team of 6-10 Sales Experts, visiting multiple locations throughout the week to perform site checks, coach your team, and maintain top-notch execution. This part-time role (approximately 21 hours per week) requires someone who's comfortable balancing leadership, reporting, and occasional hands-on field work.You'll be responsible for consolidating performance data, supporting recruitment and training, and jumping in to backfill when someone is out sick. You'll also act as the go-to between your team and the HXM Account Management crew, keeping the energy high and the standards even higher.You need to be just as comfortable getting hands-on in-store as you are tracking KPIs and sharing insights. This role is ideal for someone with a background in field team management, retail or sales — someone who loves helping others succeed and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. Responsibilities:Oversee and support a team of 6-10 Sales Experts across assigned retail locationsConduct regular site visits to coach, motivate, and monitor team performanceBackfill shifts when needed to ensure consistent coverage and brand presenceGather and consolidate daily sales reports and team feedback into weekly summariesMaintain communication with Account Managers to flag issues, wins, and opportunitiesEnsure execution aligns with brand guidelines and program objectivesTrack team KPIs and provide high-level insights and recommendationsCoordinate weekly expense submissions from your teamSupport onboarding and training of new Sales Experts when neededManage product kits, ensuring materials are clean, complete, and properly distributedBe a culture builder — lead with positivity, accountability, and people-first energyUphold all compliance standards related to the handling and promotion of tobacco-related productsExperience & Skills:2 years of experience in sales, retail, or experiential marketingPrevious experience leading or managing in-field teams is a strong assetConfident, clear communicator and strong motivatorHighly organized, proactive, and detail-orientedAble to manage schedules, performance metrics, and logistical needs with easeComfortable stepping into client-facing or sales roles when neededValid driver's license and access to a personal vehicleTech-savvy and confident using basic reporting tools (Google Sheets, etc.) Requirements:Even if your experience doesn't check every single box in the Skills section above, we still encourage you to apply.
