This role is central to our expansion strategy and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-scaling team with a brand-new 140,000 sq. ft. warehouse launching in LaSalle.What you'll do:- Manage end-to-end relationships with major e-commerce clients (ex: Costco, Mayfair, and similar accounts)- Forecast sales, monitor inventory levels, and align supply with demand- Identify pricing discrepancies, analyze trends, and generate strategic insights from data- Build and execute promotional campaigns that drive engagement and revenue- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure flawless execution- Maintain consistency in product listings, imagery, and brand messaging across platforms- Optimize the digital customer experience and online merchandising- Identify and seize growth opportunities through new product launches, seasonal events, and strategic partnershipsWho you are:- You have 3 years of experience in account management or customer service, preferably with retail buyers or major e-commerce clients- You've worked for a retailer or within an e-commerce environment—this is a must- You're highly organized, numbers-driven, and thrive in a data-heavy, fast-paced environment- You have excellent forecasting, planning, and inventory management skills- You're solutions-focused, detail-oriented, and always two steps ahead- You love being on-site with your team—this is an in-office role, Monday to FridayApply now to join a team where your ideas and efforts will directly shape the future of our e-commerce success.
