POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are currently looking for a 'Handyman' for a residential building in Quebec City. Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need! ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: All other related tasks Be available to respond to emergencies Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required Change light bulbs in the common areas Make service calls Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.) Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Good team player A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset) Discretion and respect for confidentiality Customer service experience an asset Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset) BENEFITS: Cellular provided Competitive salary Corporate discounts Referral Program Group insurance Floating days off Social leave Employee Assistance Program Indoor parking A welcoming and tight-knit team!
