Job Description
The CompanyOur client in the financial industry is looking for a Learning Experience Designer for a 6 month contract. This is an on site position, working in office 4 days a week, and 1 day work from home. The PositionWe're looking for a dynamic and creative Learning Experience Designer to play a pivotal part in transforming traditional training programs into engaging and innovative learning solutions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for designing impactful learning experiences, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Transform traditional, instructor-led training programs into dynamic, blended learning solutions that engage and retain learners.Develop high-quality instructional content, including e-learning modules, micro-videos, scripts, presentations, job aids, and other learning resources, to promote self-study and hands-on learning.Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and team members to ensure the relevance, accuracy, and impact of content.Design and implement innovative learning solutions by staying up to date on learning and development (L& D) best practices and emerging technologies.Monitor and measure learning outcomes to ensure training programs deliver tangible results aligned with both business goals and employee development objectives. Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Educational Technology, or related discipline.Proven experience in developing e-learning and blended learning solutions using tools like Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, or similar platforms.Knowledge of video production and editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro.Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).Exceptional organizational, collaboration, and project management skills.Familiarity with the financial services or wealth management industry is considered an asset.A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to think outside the box.Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
