Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Instructional Designers for a 3 month initial contract. Our client is launching a new cloud based software to their organization. The Instructional Designer will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and existing content to develop various learning deliverables, including micro-videos, job aids, train the trainer facilitation and participant guides, infographics, job aids, quick reference guides, detailed role-based training guides.Responsibilities:Design and develop highly engaging and interactive learning solutions and compelling course content that enhances retention and knowledge transfer.Develop a wide array of learning assets such as job aids, PPT decks, and videos.Conceptualize and script storyboard for online learning modules and web-based training materials.Work collaboratively with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify the desired learning outcomes and choose the instructional methods and learning activities that will make the learning most effective.Work with the content development team to convert the storyboard into an interactive eLearning course.Incorporate multimedia, including video and simulations, into instructional modules.Employ instructional technology to create accessible, inclusive, and engaging learning experiences.Evaluate and assess instruction and its impact.Manage updates and revisions to existing training modules.Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Articulate Storyline, and BlackboardDemonstrated experience as a French/ English bilingual Instructional Designer, with samples of previous work to share.Familiarity with Adult Learning Theory, Blended Learning, Deliverable, Design controls, and e-Learning ModulesMinimum of 3 years of experience in the role of Instructional Designer, preferably within the retail or CPG industryProven ability to design, develop, and implement instructional materials and solutionsStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrentlyDetail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skillsDemonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a teamA bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferredAbility to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environmentExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
