I am currently recruiting for a Night Dock Supervisor for one of my clients in the transportation industry located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Main duties : - Employee supervision (20 people) - Management of receiving and shipping - Proactive management of floor operations - Drive a forklift - Plan shipping and receiving activities - Follow-up with drivers - Ensure product distribution on night shift - Ensure products are prepared for shipment Skills required for this position: - Relevant experience in employee management - Relevant experience in managing warehouse operations in a high-volume environment - Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with different functions and levels of management - Excellent oral and written communication skills in French - Bilingualism (English) is an asset
