POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are currently looking for a Heavy-Duty Housekeeping Attendant to join our dynamic team! Schedule: Part-time (16 hours per week), weekends, daytime (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) Your contribution will allow us to provide a safe environment and quality of life for our residents. ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform any other related tasks requested by the immediate superior or pertaining to their duties Construction Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas Maintain and clean the premises Maintain the garden Maintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor parking lots Maintenance and cleaning of the ground and the swimming pool Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.) Taking out the trash Food Services Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean according to established hygiene and cleanliness standards EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset) Up to date CPR / AED training certificates 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset BENEFITS: Referral Program Uniform provided Free parking Recognition program Applicable government premium in effect Sick days and time off for family obligations Employee Assistance Program Social Club activities, gifts and substantial discounts Free snacks Ongoing training Career Opportunity Welcome and integration Program Recognition program On-site parking A welcoming and tight-knit team!
