POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a rental agent for our welcoming seniors' residence. Schedule: Full-time weekdays Salary: To be discussed ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: All other related tasks Drafting rental leases Administration Analyze client needs Complete all required rental documentation, including credit inquiry forms Greet clients and take them on a tour of the site Provide a high level of customer service Recommend appropriate domiciles to clients based on their needs Rent out vacant apartments in the building EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset) Sales experience Knowledge of the private residence environment Knowledge of the Hopem system BENEFITS: Free parking Free meal on site Salary to be discussed Sick days and time off for family obligations Social leave Vacation Human management approach Schedule adapted to your needs and operations (flexible) Career Opportunity Recognition program Ongoing training Challenging opportunities, up to your ambitions!
