Patient Attendant

Located in Lévis, the Les Marronniers residence offers a friendly, stimulating work environment. We have a dedicated and caring team for independent seniors and those with mild impairments. We are currently seeking three people to fill part-time evening patient attendant positions. Candidates must have their AP/RPA training or DEP in Personal Assistance in Institutions and at Home or RAC certificate or 5,000 hours accumulated over the last 5 years in PAB position up-to-date 16-hour CPR completed PDSP. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Schedule A: one 5/14 evening shift from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Schedule B: one 6/14 evening shift from 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Schedule C: one 6/14 evening shift from 4 p.m. to midnight ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training) Respond to all emergency situations While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
