Law 90 Caregiver

Located in Lévis, the Les Marronniers residence offers a friendly, stimulating work environment. We have a dedicated and caring team for independent seniors and those with mild loss of autonomy. We are currently seeking three people to fill evening Law 90 Caregiver positions. Completed AP/RPA training or completed DEP (vocational diploma) in Personal Assistance in Institutions and at Home POSITION DESCRIPTION: Schedule A: One 6/14-shift position from 4:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Schedule B: One 8/14-shift position from 4:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Schedule C: One 10/14-shift position from 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. (maternity leave replacement) ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training) Respond to all emergency situations While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Up-to-date CPR/AED general first aid training Law 90 training (an asset) PDSP training AP/RPA or DEP training in personal assistance in establishments and at home BENEFITS: Applicable government premium in effect Free parking Uniform provided Floating days off Human management approach A welcoming and tight-knit team!
