Presents the company to new employees, manages requests for uniforms, transportation vouchers, and other benefits. Responsible for scheduling shifts, managing employee vacations, recording meeting minutes, updating spreadsheets related to absences and medical certificates. Develops training plans, supervises training sessions, organizes company events, manages payroll, and registers new employees. Oversees procurement activities, including stock control, budget requests, order tracking, receipt and acceptance of goods, storage, and supervision of inventory. Handles operational purchases for daily maintenance across all departments and special occasion supplies, among other duties. Ultimately, ensures the smooth operational functioning of the company regarding staff and procurement sectors.
