Job Description
About the Role • Accountable for the on-time delivery of all service orders in the assigned local country/ies. • Meet or exceed the targets set by management regarding Customer Satisfaction, including TDD/CDD (Target/Committed Delivery Date) and LTC (Lead Time to Connect). • Ensure database accuracy, quality of first-time installation, and manage order lifecycle from receipt to local handover. • Perform order validation with local customers and help define/revise Target Delivery Dates based on customer needs. • Manage local loop requests, ensuring timely receipt of equipment and resolving issues with carriers or vendors. • Coordinate and track service components until full delivery, proactively managing and escalating issues to meet customer deadlines. • Update sales/provisioning databases accurately, manage port allocations, and oversee circuit orders with vendors. • Lead testing of circuit deliveries and serve as the main contact for the customer and field engineers during installation. • Incorporate country-specific requirements and perform additional duties as assigned. About You • Strong understanding of telecommunications, messaging, hosting, security protocols, and network components. • Knowledge of Service Delivery processes, Orange Services, and tools like SESAM, GOLD, SALTO is preferred. • Familiarity with the Telco (Carrier) environment, organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management. • Customer-facing skills, excellent communication, decision-making abilities, and a proactive attitude. • Fluent in English; degree in telecommunications preferred but not mandatory. • Solid experience in telecommunications and customer service within the local area.
