Manage the sales funnel from prospecting to closing, focusing on short cycles and high conversion rates. Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, executing cross-sell and upsell strategies over time. Identify business opportunities through market analysis and client profiling. Utilize CRM tools to record interactions, track leads, and organize the sales pipeline. Participate in ongoing training on products, services, and sales strategies. Proactively resolve issues and communicate effectively with clients and team members. Contribute ideas and feedback to improve sales approaches and support materials. Desired Profile: Proactive attitude with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to build long-term relationships, focusing on cross-sell and upsell throughout the client cycle. Deep knowledge of sales techniques and experience in multichannel sales. Ability to implement solutions immediately or ensure quick client adoption. At least 4 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in sales, advertising, digital marketing, or related fields. Degree in Administration, Marketing, or related areas. Deliverables: Resolve cases daily, ensuring compliance with process and quality standards, meeting SLAs, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
