Job Description

Purpose of Position The Support Analyst role is hands-on and involves working collaboratively to assist our publishers and advertisers with our bespoke interface and related systems, ensuring high-quality customer service. This position provides high-level technical support, testing, and administration to maintain client accounts smoothly. The ideal candidate will have an interest in digital marketing and strong communication and customer service skills. Key Tasks Handle tickets raised via our internal ticketing system. Provide high-level technical application support to internal colleagues, publishers, and advertisers via email, phone, and the ticketing system. Identify technical issues/bugs and escalate as appropriate. Administer the internal and external knowledge base. Test new developments and features. Act as an intermediary between Account Managers and Developers. Provide high-level training to internal colleagues. Skills & Expertise Experience in a customer service role. Problem-solving skills. Ability to understand web languages such as HTML, ActionScript, and JavaScript. Understanding of processes and procedures and their application. Ability to meet attendance standards and establish effective working relationships with managers, employees, and external suppliers. Knowledge of writing MySQL queries is highly desirable.
