Your main focus will be on acquiring new merchants through prospecting via phone and email, bringing a diverse range of products, competitive pricing, and availability to Amazon. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential merchants via phone or email. Manage a pipeline of merchants to meet or exceed quarterly targets. Educate merchants about Amazon’s delivery and customer experience standards. Enable merchants to use Amazon's tools and systems effectively for catalog, inventory, and performance management. Analyze market trends, seasonal items, and pricing to tailor merchant pitches. Track, report, and interpret development results for your merchant portfolio. Prioritize time efficiently to achieve KPIs in a performance-driven environment. Basic Qualifications At least 1 year of sales experience. Bachelor's degree.
