Interim RN Educator – Critical Care, Med-Surg, Labor & Delivery, Wound Care

We are partnering with a leading hospital in California seeking experienced Interim RN Educators to support their clinical education teams across multiple specialties. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver educational programs for nursing staff in assigned specialty areas. Assess staff competencies and identify learning needs. Collaborate with clinical leadership to implement evidence-based practices. Mentor and support nursing staff to enhance clinical performance. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards in educational initiatives. Qualifications Licensure: Active California RN license (required). Education: BSN (required); MSN or specialty certification (preferred). Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in one of the following specialties: Critical Care Medical-Surgical Labor & Delivery Wound Care (Certified Wound Care Nurse – Advanced Practice) Teaching Experience: Previous experience as a nurse educator (required).
