Responsibilities Transport boxes using available means (carts or manually) to storage locations, archives, or research areas, handling them as needed or requested. Locate document boxes according to the SKP system. After research tasks, return these volumes to their initial location. Fill out daily activity reports (OPLOG form) according to IMB templates and procedures for evaluation and department control. Ensure all volumes and supports are preserved in their initial conservation conditions. Follow safety standards and procedures, including the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided by the company and work hygiene standards for your area. Assist other departments when not engaged in your direct responsibilities. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent.
