Looking for your first work experience in sales or thinking of switching careers? This is your chance! At Trade Roofing , we’re hiring Junior Sales Representatives no previous experience required to join our fully remote team. You don’t need a sales background: we’ll train you from scratch. What we’re looking for: English level between B2 and C1 (mandatory). Great attitude, positive energy, and a strong willingness to learn. Good communication and customer service skills (experience is a plus, not required). Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Basic knowledge of digital tools (desirable). Day-to-day responsibilities: Reach out to potential clients and present our roofing services in the U.S. Learn how to present proposals and address basic client questions. Follow up with interested leads and assist in closing sales (with support from a team leader). Join regular training sessions and sales team meetings. Provide friendly, professional, and proactive service to clients. What we offer: Base salary: USD 500/month commissions . Full training and ongoing support.
