Amazon is seeking a Senior Vendor Services (SVS) Team Lead to manage a team of Brand Specialists. The SVS team helps Amazon’s strategic vendors grow and enhances customer experience by optimizing selection, availability, operational efficiency, catalog quality, and marketing. The Team Lead will be responsible for delivering impact to vendors through their team, focusing on improving vendor performance, satisfaction, and team productivity. Collaboration with Vendor Managers and Category Leaders will be essential for strategic alignment and decision-making. The role also involves contributing to service innovation and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with Vendor Managers, Account Managers, and retail functions to set priorities and goals based on vendor needs. Managing relationships with key vendors subscribed to SVS. Leading a team of Brand Specialists, managing joint business plans, and delivering business impact. Regularly auditing metrics to improve vendor and employee experience across categories. Driving adoption of tools and offshore processes to boost productivity. Developing team skills and resources, fostering talent growth. Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree. Experience in retail, fashion, consumer goods, or consulting. Proactive ownership and business performance drive. Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships. Business proficiency in English (written and verbal). People management skills.
