Job Description Are you interested in innovating to deliver a world-class level of service to Amazon’s Selling Partners? The Amazon Marketplace Paid Services (AMPS) team aims to leverage the full potential of each Amazon Selling Partner. We provide strategic consultancy using data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused approaches to help our Selling Partners achieve their goals. Our services cover areas such as Expansion, Portfolio Optimization, Fulfillment Strategy, Product Presentation, Promotions, Advertising Strategy, and Brand Building. We also assist in solving operational challenges. Your goal is to support Selling Partners in growing their business and satisfaction by working backwards from their targets and developing a roadmap. You will proactively identify untapped potential, build long-term relationships with key influencers and decision-makers, and develop processes, tools, and content for this new service. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and colleagues in other countries to develop our portfolio of Paid Services solutions. The ideal candidate will influence external stakeholders, have strong analytical skills, and experience using data to drive growth in an ambiguous environment, given the early stage of the program. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of Selling Partners, develop strategies, manage timelines, expectations, and communications. Produce business recommendations and insights using analytical tools to interpret customer data. Leverage Amazon solutions to meet Selling Partners’ objectives. Consult Selling Partners on opportunities and potential impacts. Guide the execution of strategic plans, answer questions, and address operational challenges. Build trust and strong relationships with stakeholders. Educate Selling Partners about Amazon’s solutions and updates. Present performance deep dives for monthly reviews. Own specific subjects within our organization to support peers and develop processes/tools, e.g., Branding, Fulfillment, Hiring, Tools, Deals. Adapt standardized processes to local needs. Requirements include knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience prospecting and qualifying companies, fluency in English, professional or military experience, e-commerce or retail background, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
