In this role, you will: Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, biology, or a related health field. Build data pipelines from various heterogeneous sources. Design and implement scalable data delivery pipelines and automate manual processes. Create infrastructure for optimal data extraction, transformation, and loading using cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, etc. Develop end-to-end processes at the enterprise level for data extraction and transformation, enabling quick and efficient data preparation from various sources. Coordinate with downstream users such as statistical programmers, SDTM programmers, analytics, and clinical data programmers to ensure outputs meet user requirements. Experience in creating ELT and ETL processes for data ingestion into data warehouses and lakes. Develop reusable data pipelines for heterogeneous data ingestion. Preferred qualifications include experience with: Developing R Shiny and Python applications. Hadoop. Agile development methodologies.
