Description Program Manager with strong analytical and planning skills, preferably with experience in Supply Chain / Logistics. Must have knowledge and experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations, along with excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The candidate will work with cross-functional and cross-country teams spanning finance, operations, 3PL, and tech to maintain inventory records and quality standards, as well as drive improvements in existing fulfillment operations. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring quality control measures, conducting regular audits, and ensuring inventory accuracy across the network. The candidate will be responsible for senior leadership reviews on inventory performance, quality metrics, and operational efficiency. Key job responsibilities The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing inventory accuracy and quality assurance programs Maintaining network and transportation configurations This role includes overseeing inventory management systems, quality control processes, and maintaining operational dashboards to ensure accuracy and compliance. The candidate will manage existing systems, tools, and processes while undertaking cost/efficiency improvement projects.
