Job Duties Under general supervision, provides well site service to customers. Applies knowledge gained through formal training in fluids chemistry, volume and hydraulics calculations, routine and specialized testing, separation equipment theory and application, and well site service delivery. Works directly with fluids and equipment supervisors and technical professionals. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of company products and services, rig operations, fluids, separation, and waste management technologies. Performs professionally as a Halliburton representative, maintaining good relationships with operator’s representatives and rig personnel. Conducts and interprets routine and specialized testing to provide technical solutions. Operates separation and waste management equipment, understanding their impact on overall fluid performance. Manages inventory of palletized and bulk products and equipment spares at the rig site based on the drilling program and conditions. Operates, maintains, and optimizes testing, separation, and waste management equipment. Complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Mentors and supports the development of junior employees. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or related fields is preferred. Completion of the Baroid Core Training Course at Halliburton or an industry-recognized program is required, along with 2-4 years of fluids and separation equipment experience.
