In This Role, You Will Work closely with global marketing and media program managers and regional digital media stakeholders to define product features according to product vision, roadmap, and strategy. Drive & monitor product and feature adoption. Collaborate with IT Platform Product Managers and Media Agency leads to define global product features, creating a hybrid engineering delivery model across IT Engineering resources and Agency Technology SMEs. Plan and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, balancing technical debt and innovation. Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with vendor/agency partners, participate in PI product planning, and engage in global Community of Practice forums. You love meaningful work and thrive in flexible, hybrid work environments. Leadership Competencies / Qualifications 7 years’ experience in integrated marketing programs across multiple platforms. Deep understanding of programmatic media, ad verification, retail media networks, eCommerce, and OTT video. Client-facing experience. Knowledge of AdTech platforms, Identity Management, Cloud platforms, and data sourcing and governance. Experience with privacy regulation frameworks. Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
