To learn how we can supercharge progress for you, visit https://www.hcltech.com SAP SuccessFactors - Provide technical and functional support for Employee Central (EC) & Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modules - Troubleshoot payroll processing errors, data replication issues, and HR transactions - Monitor and maintain data integration with SF via Boomi middleware - Support and optimize Boomi integrations for seamless employee data flow - Provide assistance for ADP-related issues, including payroll processing, data discrepancies, and integration challenges - Collaborate with HR & payroll teams to ensure compliance with ADP payroll processes - Resolve end-user queries and support HR teams with system issues - Maintain role-based permissions (RBP) and security settings - Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and audit requirements - Work with SAP, Boomi & ADP support teams to resolve escalated issues Required Skills: - Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP - Experience with Boomi integration and troubleshooting - Understanding of employee data replication between EC & ECP - Familiarity with ADP payroll processes, integration, and issue resolution - Ability to analyze and resolve payroll & integration errors in Boomi & ADP - Advanced English
