Conduct training sessions for the Cycles teams to enhance their technical skills. Propose process improvements, exploring new methodologies and technologies for technical training. Deliver training of medium and high complexity. Train and develop new instructors. Coordinate with Branches and Head Office departments to resolve issues. Generate 8D reports for problem analysis and resolution. Serve as a technical reference in your area, providing support and technical opinions for decision-making. Suggest improvements and be technically responsible for your area's processes. Address more complex problems, ensuring quality and adherence to guidelines. Who We Are Looking For Complete Higher Education. Knowledge of techniques for designing and delivering training, including assessing participants' learning absorption. Understanding of the fundamentals of escalator, conveyor, and overhead crane operation. Knowledge of project methodologies and demand management. Ability to manage multiple projects and demands according to prioritization criteria. Advanced knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma.
