Junior Sales & Services Consultants (x2)

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound calls related to sales documentation. Support branches with quote requests, order follow-ups, and sales record maintenance. Data capturing and ensuring accuracy in sales reporting tools. Escalate complex issues to the Manager. Profile: 1–2 years customer service/sales support experience (call centre background preferred). Strong communication and admin skills. Comfortable using CRM and internal sales tools. Willing to work flexibly and grow into more senior roles.
