Job Description

Qualifications Matric Duties & Requirements Prospecting and lead generation: Identifying potential new customers through cold calling, networking, and market research to build a sales pipeline. Customer relationship management: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients by regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service. Sales presentations: Delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits. Negotiation: Negotiating pricing, contract terms, and closing deals with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Sales cycle management: Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, including follow-ups, addressing concerns, and overcoming objections. Territory management: Effectively covering assigned sales territory, planning sales calls, and prioritizing leads based on market potential. Market analysis: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies. Reporting and data analysis: Tracking sales performance through CRM systems, generating sales reports , and analysing data to identify areas for improvement. Attending industry events: Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively present products, address customer concerns, and build rapport. Sales acumen: Proven ability to identify sales opportunities, develop persuasive sales strategies, and close deals. Relationship building: Ability to establish trust and rapport with customers to foster long-term business partnerships. Time management: Efficiently managing a busy sales schedule, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. Problem-solving skills: Identifying and resolving customer issues to maintain satisfaction Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs Technical proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage sales activities effectively Participating in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate new leads and build industry connections.
