Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of Chinese vehicle brands to individual and fleet customers. The role includes handling showroom enquiries, conducting test drives, and converting leads into sales. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain excellent product knowledge and deliver professional customer service. A focus on meeting monthly sales targets is essential. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting and purchasing pre-owned high-end vehicles Build and maintain client relationships through transparent, knowledgeable service Stay up to date on inventory, specifications, and pricing Conduct test drives and detailed vehicle walkarounds Present financing and leasing options clearly and professionally Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Perform follow-ups with past and prospective clients Record all client interactions accurately Monitor market trends and competitive offerings Maintain showroom presentation standards Liaise with the service and admin teams to ensure seamless delivery Provide accurate trade-in evaluations when required Stay informed about extended warranties and value-added services Key Attributes Client-focused with excellent communication skills Driven and target-oriented High attention to detail Confident and professional in presentation Strong work ethic and commitment to results Requirements Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience Matric Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Valid drivers license with clean driving record Strong understanding of vehicle finance and insurance options Familiarity with dealership systems such as Keyloop, Drive, or similar platforms Remuneration Market-related salary based on experience * Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
