Job Description
Experience and Qualifications: Computer Literate: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) Previous marketing support experience Excellent admin skills Excellent communication and writing skills Valid driverâs license, Own Vehicle Matric  Responsibilities: Ordering of Marketing material (brochures, business cards etc) Ordering of Promotional items (models, golf shirts, caps etc) Advertising bookings and material Marketing photos and videos Marketing support for operations (Ensure that Trainees receive bags, T-Shirts, caps etc) Organizing marketing events (shows & exhibitions, golf days etc) Be responsible for the Marketing Storeroom (inventory) Supplier registrations in other countries (Peru, Philippines and other) Checking customer websites for tender opportunities and communicate details to the team Manage corporate social investment Preparing Purchase Orders for Marketing Suppliers and check invoices against orders before sending it to finance.
