Employer Description This is an architecture company. Job Description Your responsibilities will be the following: Meet with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and project requirements. Develop design concepts and proposals based on client needs and site characteristics. Create detailed drawings, specifications, and other documentation necessary for construction. Ensure that designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant laws. Advise on the selection of appropriate building materials and systems. Provide cost estimates, manage project budgets, and track expenses. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the project. Visit construction sites to ensure that the work is being carried out according to the architectural plans and specifications. Prepare and manage construction contracts. Address any issues or challenges that arise during the design and construction process Renderings Client presentations Qualifications Matric Degree/Diploma in Architecture SACAP Registered Skills Minimum 5 years experience in building and architecture (post-registration) Proficient in Revit
