Job Description

Responsible our products or services to customers temporary placements permanent placements contractual staff human resource services building relationships, and generating revenue. Their core duties include identifying leads, making sales presentations, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and providing excellent customer service . Lead Generation and Qualification: Identifying potential customers and leads, Researching and qualifying prospects, and Developing and maintaining a sales pipeline. Sales Presentations and Negotiation: Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, Negotiating contracts and pricing, and Closing deals and securing sales. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Providing exceptional customer service. Addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Sales Performance and Reporting: Tracking sales activity and reporting on performance. Meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. at least 2 years experiance in the staffing industry Sales Experience: Prior sales experience, even in different industries, is beneficial. Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service can help build empathy and relationship-building skills. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific industry or products being sold can provide an advantage. Experience with CRM Software: Proficiency with CRM software is a valuable asset. Experience in Negotiation: Experience negotiating deals can be helpful.
