Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Providing exceptional customer service. Addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Sales Performance and Reporting: Tracking sales activity and reporting on performance. Meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. at least 2 years experiance in the staffing industry Sales Experience: Prior sales experience, even in different industries, is beneficial. Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service can help build empathy and relationship-building skills. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific industry or products being sold can provide an advantage. Experience with CRM Software: Proficiency with CRM software is a valuable asset.
