Job Description
Ensure efficient management of CCMA, disciplinary and bargaining council case load Provide assistance to Cluster management/ attorneys in respect of Labour Court matters Represent the Company in labour related issues with the Department of Labour and Bargaining Councils Provide commercial/ Industrial Relations advice and support to internal structures Where incidental to the Companys services, provide Industrial Relations and Human Resources advice and support to clients of the Company Where required, client engagement and liaison relating to the drafting / review / consultation relevant to commercial agreements between Workforce Staffing and its clients Provide IR training to regional structures where required Informing Commercial Executive of any commercial/IR-related risks to be included in Risk Registers Identify high-risk disputes and manage/mitigate risk as far as possible Minimise settlement and dispute costs for region Formulate and implement regional IR strategy Tertiary qualification in HR / IR or related field Minimum of 8 years of IR and CCMA experience Minimum of 3 years experience in a management role Advanced knowledge of SA labour legislation and the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry Public speaking ability Valid drivers license with own reliable transport
