Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Suitable Diploma/Degree More than 2 years Sales Rep experience within FMCG Own car and valid drivers license Intermediate Excel skills Comfortable dealing with various clients Duties and Responsibilities: Introduce, market, and successfully sell our offerings to both current and potential clients Build and nurture customer relationships to drive sales growth. Evaluate the value proposition of our products/services for each client, considering their specific needs and budget constraints. Understand customer requirements to tailor our offerings effectively. Cultivate and strengthen professional connections with both clients and internal stakeholders. Build trust and rapport to foster long-term customer loyalty Proactively contact potential clients through outbound calls to generate new business opportunities. Quickly and effectively address customer concerns and issues to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Provide exceptional customer service to exceed expectations. Consistently meet or exceed predefined sales goals and objectives.
