If youre friendly, reliable, and love talking to people, wed love to meet you! Roles of Instore Sales Rep As an In-Store Sales Rep, youll be the go-to person for customers in our store. Your job is to provide great service, make recommendations, and help close sales all while keeping the store looking great. Your daily responsibilities will include: Greeting customers and learning about their needs Recommending products and explaining features/benefits Handling sales transactions and returns at the register Restocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized store Meeting daily/weekly sales goals Staying informed about promotions, new arrivals, and product details Outgoing, positive attitude with great people skills Retail or customer service experience is a big plus, but not required Basic math skills and comfort with using a point-of-sale (POS) system Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift/move products Team player whos dependable and eager to learn What we offer Competitive hourly pay performance-based bonuses Flexible scheduling options Staff discounts on all products Opportunities for advancement and ongoing training A supportive team environment where your work matter
