Job Description
Key Responsibilities Stock management Provide excellent customer service through liaising with customers on stock requirements and ensuring timeous delivery Compile daily site reports Handle customer complaints Adhere to company safety and housekeeping standards including fleet management Employee management - staff scheduling, monitoring work performance, motivating staff and taking disciplinary action where required Key Requirements Matric Relevant tertiary qualification Minimum of 3 years of experience in stores and dispatch environment Computer skills, especially Excel and email. SAP experience preferable. Strong administrative skills Sound knowledge of stock management principles Supervisory experience Must have drivers licence and own vehicle as travel will be required Must live in the Howick/Nottingham Road area
