RFID Technician

Beyond ID is growing and were looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy problem solver to join our team. If you're confident with tech, have solid IT knowledge, and enjoy working with hardware and people, this could be the perfect opportunity. What youll be doing: Delivering & setting up RFID printers, scanners, hardware, and consumables Designing and editing label templates (Zebra printers, ZPL) Troubleshooting hardware issues (on-site & remote) Assisting with RFID tagging, training, and implementation Managing support tickets and resolving issues promptly Were looking for someone who has: IT or tech support experience A valid drivers licence own vehicle A willingness to travel to client sites An organised, reliable, and proactive approach Bonus if youve worked with: RFID systems Zebra printers or similar devices Retail or warehouse tech
