Sales & Marketing Executive

Develop and execute B2B sales strategies targeting pharmacies, wellness stores, clinics, and relevant retail outlets Conduct in-person and remote sales pitches and product demonstrations Build strong client relationships and manage the full sales cycle Work with the founder to develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns Attend industry events, expos, and meetings to build brand visibility Collect customer feedback to guide product and marketing development Ensure brand messaging is communicated in a tasteful, professional, and health-oriented way Travel as required Proven track record in sales and business development (preferably in health, wellness, medical devices, or adult products) Comfortable discussing wellness-related products in a respectful, professional manner Experience selling into pharmacies, health retailers, or boutique wellness outlets is highly desirable Confident, driven, and enthusiastic about growing a new brand Excellent communication and presentation skills Able to work independently and adapt quickly in a start-up environment Open-minded, professional, and emotionally intelligent Whats on Offer A unique opportunity to join a high-potential start-up at the ground level Competitive base salary performance-based commission Autonomy, flexibility, and growth potential as the company scales Supportive and respectful work environment
