Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen brigade and elevate the culinary experience at our establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of exceptional dishes that align with our brand standards and guest expectations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and staff management Design and update seasonal menus in collaboration with management Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor kitchen stock, cost controls, and supplier relations Provide training and mentorship to junior kitchen staff Coordinate special events, banquets, and high-volume service periods Requirements : Minimum 5 years experience in a senior kitchen role as Snr. Sous Chef or Head Chef Formal culinary qualification or equivalent experience Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proven record of cost management, menu design and stock management Knowledge of local and international cuisines, Al Fresco Dining Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and occasional lifting of supplies Prerequisite Updated and well formatted CV Uninterrupted work history Contactable references Food portfolio We Offer Market related salary Unfurnished or furnished single quarters accommodation Management expense account A dynamic work environment within a growing hospitality group
