Dispatch Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications: Grade 12 (Matric) Diploma or Degree in Production Management, Logistics, or Inventory Management (advantageous) Valid Forklift License Job Requirements: 3 years in a manufacturing or production environment Strong communication skills across all levels of an organisation Excellent time management abilities Strong interpersonal and customer networking skills Sound decision-making and troubleshooting capabilities Effective problem-solving, conflict management, and negotiation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and related computer systems Key Responsibilities: Schedule and supervise daily dispatch staff activities Assign and monitor tasks across shifts and evaluate team performance Ensure all dispatch operations are completed accurately and on time Oversee adherence to health, safety, and company regulations within the dispatch area Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments Inspect and ensure regular maintenance of dispatch and warehouse equipment Ensure compliance with quality standards Uphold high standards of housekeeping throughout the facility
