Junior Internal Sales Consultants

Role Overview: We are seeking two Junior Internal Sales Consultants to join our Cape Town team. These positions are ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for customer service and sales. Key Responsibilities: Assisting walk-in customers with product selection and quotations Answering product queries and providing informed advice on plumbing, sanitaryware, and solar geysers Processing sales orders and ensuring accurate invoicing Supporting the day-to-day operations of the showroom Liaising with suppliers and internal teams where required Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented showroom environment Minimum Requirements: Matric or equivalent 12 years of sales or customer service experience (retail or wholesale) Previous experience in the plumbing or sanitaryware industry is highly advantageous Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Computer literacy and the ability to learn point-of-sale systems Must be well-presented, reliable, and a team player Own transport is not required Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 07h30 16h45 Saturday: 08h00 14h00 One day off per month in lieu of Saturday work
