Job Description
REQUIREMENTS Matric 3 5 years experience in a Internal Sales role Working skills on MS Office including Word and Excel Previous experience working in the building industry Advantageous Must be fluent in English (excellent verbal and written communication skills) Valid drivers license and own vehicle Working hours: Monday Friday 08:00 17:00; two Saturdays per month 08:30 14:00 DUTIES Assist the sales executive/s in achieving and superseding their sales target by providing administrative support Have excellent customer service skills in order to assist their sales executives clients in person Document and follow through on all processes and procedures relating to the sales process Take sales calls and enquiries on behalf of the sales executive/s Deal with website enquiries/leads and responding to them Assist sales executives clients in the showroom Assist walk-in clients in the showroom as a back up to customer service Quoting, check stock and prices Process drawings to costing for quotes Handling e-mail correspondence Follow up telephonically after sending quotations and sales orders Following up on payments and signed documentation on confirmation of sale Ensuring that all relevant information is added to the order on acceptance Booking off material and processing of orders Issuing sales order to the factory Coordinating templates with client and factory Dealing with discrepancies between clients drawings and templates Arranging and confirming delivery and installation dates with the client Generating purchase orders for local suppliers of services and stock Obtaining quotations from outsourced contractors Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
