Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Analyse and optimise inventory flow, usage, and holding across all production points. Use tools like Power BI, DAX, and MS Queries to extract insights and report on stock performance. Monitor and improve stock turns, ageing, and excess inventory risks. Collaborate with planning and procurement teams to guide buying and forecasting decisions. Drive process improvements to ensure stock is aligned to demand, avoiding loss through overstocking or obsolescence. Present clear, actionable reports and insights to management to support business decisions. Own and refine the stock reporting processes, proactively addressing inefficiencies. Provide input into strategic planning, budgeting, and operational execution. Requirements: Degree in Business Management, BCom, Supply Chain, Strategic Management or similar. Minimum 510 years experience in a senior inventory / stock control / supply chain analyst role. Manufacturing industry experience is essential please do not apply without it. Advanced Power BI, DAX, MS Queries and Excel skills. Strong business acumen you understand how poor stock decisions impact profitability. Exceptional ability to work with data must be able to extract, interpret, and act without needing IT assistance. Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence senior stakeholders.
