Supply Chain Controller

Job Purpose: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supply Chain Controller to oversee and optimize the supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient material flow, supplier coordination, and timely reporting to support production and customer delivery requirements. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy and availability. Coordinate procurement, warehousing, and distribution activities to meet business needs. Manage supplier delivery schedules and ensure timely inbound/outbound logistics. Perform regular cycle counts, stock audits, and investigate variances. Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement improvement strategies. Liaise with production planners to ensure alignment of material supply and production demand. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain master data accuracy in ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.). Generate reports on supply chain KPIs, stock levels, and material flow. Assist with month-end stock reconciliations and reporting. Minimum Requirements: Education: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 35 years in a supply chain, inventory, or logistics control role. Systems Knowledge: Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Syspro) and MS Excel. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred: Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry Knowledge of import/export and customs processes Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma principles
