Job Description
Duties: Present, promote and sell products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Reach out to customers leads through cold calling. Expedite the resolution of customers problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. Continues communication, ensuring an open flow of information. and any other tasks necessary for the conduct of the employer's business, as the employer may from time to time direct. Requirements: Grade 12 A related Tertiary qualification will be an advantage Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English Customer service excellence Interpersonal skills Target driven Ability to generate leads Experience in a similar position with 3–5 years’ experience in the Compressed Airfield will be an advantage. Driver’s license Excellent English and Afrikaans communication skills. Reliable vehicle Reside in the Pretoria / Johannesburg or Heidelberg area Remuneration: Basic Market related salary with pension offered after the 3-month probation period Incentives based on targets being reached consecutively Car/fuel allowance Cell phone
