Job Specification Reporting to the Senior Manager Space Planning, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that merchandise across all stores is displayed in line with the companys visual merchandising standards. This role plays a key part in supporting overall store performance by overseeing the effective presentation of products at a company-wide level. Key responsibilities include acting as a dotted-line manager to the store manager, providing guidance and alignment with company merchandise display standards. Coordinating the design and execution of visually appealing displays that enhance customer engagement and drive sales. Ensuring consistency in visual merchandising across all stores to maintain a cohesive brand experience. Collaborating with store management teams to ensure the effective implementation and upkeep of visual displays. Minimum Requirements National Diploma 5 years related experience Key performance indicators The Gold business imperatives displayed below are to be used as key indicators in sourcing competent candidates for this critical role. Growth Fixture utilization efficiency by the usage of allocated fixtures and fittings, reducing unnecessary procurement or surplus equipment as well as improved turnaround time for store relays within the agreed timeframes Optimisation Adherence to published planograms and floor plans across all stores visited Provide actionable feedback to the Space Planning Department during and after store visits Provide store team training and merchandising support Leveraging Culture & Diversity Maintain internal & external stakeholder relations Digital Transformation Implement continuous system and/or process improvements Enhance operational efficiency, increase customer satisfaction, and strengthen competitiveness Key leadership attributes The incumbent would need to have t he ability to progress and add continuous incremental value having impact!
