Manage and control parts stock across branches Handle quotations, customer orders, and pricing Coordinate with branches on stock levels, orders, and sales Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate records Ensure site and branch stock meets operational needs Provide administrative support and customer service Travel between branches as required Parts Stock Controller Skills and Qualifications: - 5 years of hands-on administrative support experience - proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook - Excellent communication skills written and verbal - Ability to prioritize and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail - Valid driver's license
