Job Responsibilities: Guest Focus: Be able to demonstrate and instill the focus on your team, when dealing with guests Resolve customer complaints within 24 hours Understand and be able to advise guests on all treatments in the menu Actively promote and up/cross sell treatments Handle guest questions and concerns in a professional and accurate manner Answer calls in a friendly professional manner Ensure that the scheduler is well planned to accommodate guests as effective as possible Making sure that most citizens are available for high trade periods Ensure Total Guest Experience Citizen Focus: On-board new citizens in the store and mentor them Host monthly talk shows with the citizens to focus on relevant issues (QAR Results, Sales Targets, Hygiene, Training, Culture and Service Focus) Manage citizens work schedule /rosters Coordinate citizen training schedules and bookings Communicate any staff/ guest problems that need attention to the Area Manager of the store Manage Disciplinary procedures and performance management with each citizen Drive individual targets per citizen with one on ones Manage stores PPE compliance Operational Focus: Understands the benefits of our client's loyalty program, and is able to train the team an drive focus on the program with all citizens in store and drive loyalty sign ups in the store Ensure that the store merchandising and general presentation is maintained according to our client's standards Manage spot checks on stock counts and inventory control (Daily in and Out Counts, weekly Full Inventory Check) Manage stock receiving procedures as per our client's systems manual. Responsible for checking that stock has been captured accurately on ESP by FDCs Assist with administrative accurate invoice filing and controls Manage cash takings, check cash-ups for accuracy and ensure daily banking or twice a week banking store dependant Maintains a clean professional working environment by doing hygiene checks Maintains accurate stock levels and replenish inventory effectively Manage store expenses in line with allocated budgets from Area Manager Maintain hygiene standards by managing team and daily hygiene checks Perform any other reasonable requests and tasks related to the maintenance of the business as requested by management from time to time Reporting: Submit talk show, team meeting agendas and feedback to relevant Area Manager Submit sick leave tracking and all leave forms to area manager monthly in order to manage accurate payroll Submit all relevant RS data to area managers monthly for accurate payroll Pulling of weekly sales figures to manage stores progress to monthly budget Marketing: Communicate and ensure implementation of all national marketing and advertising campaigns at store level Making sure citizens are aware of all campaigns Collateral is displayed and implemented Citizens are trained and able to sell / market the campaign Behavioural Responsibilities: Passionate Service First and foremost focusses on serving the needs of guests Selfless Community - Actively works to better the environment for her/his team, rather than focusing only on individual needs Servant Leadership Actively focuses on "serving" her/his guests and fellow citizens Unwavering Integrity Is honest in all her/his dealings in the community Individual Growth Actively works to better her/ his skills Key Competencies: Computer Literate Exceptional communication skills (spoken, telephonic and written) Organised and systematic Detail orientated Must possess and aptitude for basic math and money handling skills Punctual Able to function under pressure in a fast-moving environment Able to manage multiple stores Self-directed and able to work independently
