Online Order Fulfilment & Warehouse Coordinator (JB5443) Crown Mines, Johannesburg South R20 000 - R25 000 CTC per month Permanent Join a fast-paced e-commerce team managing the full order lifecycle from Shopify to doorstep. If youre detail-driven, process-savvy, and comfortable in both warehouse and digital environments, we want to hear from you. Minimum Requirements: 2 or more years in supply chain coordination specific to an e-commerce operation. Shopify experience (orders, inventory, product uploads). Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. Hands-on approach in both digital tools and physical warehousing. Proven background in logistics, inventory, and courier processes. Advantageous: Exposure to homeware, carpets, or related product categories. Experience with product photography or online merchandising. Duties and Responsibilities: Order Fulfilment & Dispatch Pull and process online orders from Shopify. Coordinate accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. Liaise with courier partners to ensure timely delivery. Track shipments and handle delivery issues. Inventory Management Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels on Shopify and in the warehouse. Conduct regular stock takes and investigate discrepancies. Coordinate restocking with procurement when needed. Warehouse Oversight Supervise daily operations in the warehouse, including receiving and dispatching. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment. Product Management Support and schedule product photoshoots Collaborate with the e-commerce team to upload product images and descriptions to Shopify.
