Key Duties: Support Store Manager with day-to-day operations Manage GAAP system for sales and inventory Oversee accurate stock takes and stock levels Ensure excellent customer service & resolve complaints professionally Maintain hygiene, safety, and store standards Take initiative and support team training Requirements: Experience in hospitality or retail GAAP POS and stock management experience Strong leadership & communication skills Customer-focused and solutions-driven Able to work independently and on weekends/public holidays
